Refund policy
Guarantee Periods & Return Policy:
Our featured fresh arrangements, bunches and stems are guaranteed to last at least seven days from the time of delivery. If your flower arrangement has been damaged or wilted prior to 7 days we ask to simply email us at info@flowerpowermia.com with details and a photo so we can be aware of the damage. While we guarantee freshness and love to exceed your expectations we are also handling delicate flowers that are affected by how they are handled in transition and upon receipt.
We do not offer refunds but will gladly replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you. We will redeliver the new arrangement, on the day that you select, again at no additional charge to you.

Delivery Policy:
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurs. It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date.Â
We reserve the right to reject or delay any order provided to us that we deem questionable or incomplete. When we receive an order, we review the entire order to ensure we have all the information needed to ensure delivery. If we determine that necessary information is not provided we will send an email or text to the sender to inform them of the situation and to acquire the information needed to fulfill the order.
Should any customer place an order through Flower Power Miami and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information, but may be asked to pay an additional delivery fee if an attempt has already been made.
We are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery. Additionally due to liability concerns, we cannot guarantee anonymity to recipients of the sender. In no event shall Flower Power Miami be liable for any consequential damages arising out of or in connection with flower deliveries.
